Current scope
The first network is being assembled around Atlas WC Core, two roof anchors and a planned relay. The immediate work is practical: installation, power, sensor integration, radio coverage, publishing discipline and maintenance rituals.

The map communicates network context, not private addresses. Public positions are deliberately displaced. Readings are sanitized. Internal diagnostics, command paths and exact operating detail remain inside Atlas.
